It focuses on project-based sessions where participants develop lesson plans for the year in groups, present their ideas, and deliver small sections of their plans. Participants progress from trainer-led tasks to project-like sessions and move from whole group sessions to working in groups based on school subjects. They work with relevant secondary course books and address classroom management issues, teacher language, and subject-specific vocabulary.
